    Not really. When I finish the last pork leftovers I plan to do a brisket. The guys at one of the forums I frequent got me started thinking about it. Just had to pull your chain, you being from Baja Oklahoma and all. ;-)

    Not a damn thing wrong with Texas barbeque. Only thing is, I'm not in Texas anymore. My new favorite is Nevada barbeque, done in my yard. Just not so big.

    In all honesty, I'm not from Texas. I just love it and my wife/family who is. And still remains in Texas.
