  5. Nice! I bet it didn't hurt at all, either.

You gotta get rid of that junk food habit though - it goes against everything you are trying to accomplish! (bottle of coke and a take out soda over yer right arm!)

  7. Umm, Captain Clueless here. Did you do something with your hair? Also, it MAY be the light, I think I see holster marks...

  8. thanks y'all. Going to take some getting used to, but I'd like to see my Krav master try to get a handful of it now.

And hey there, Cap'n! Just whacked about 8 inches off the length and it reverted back to it's wild and wooly state. No holster, I carry concealed at the small of my back.

  9. "Whacked 8 inches" got my attention until I figured out you were talking about you hair...

  10. Consider it a standing, ahem, offer.
I kinda like the frizz look, too.

  11. pardon me while I blush furiously.
I'm thinking the hair will calm down in a few days. Either that, or I'll go around looking like Carrot Top's um, Older sister.

  12. Me likes very much but that is still enough for a handfull in a L & D fight. However, I am of the mind set that we men should exercise chiveraly but we can not always be their either.

Bottom line, it looks great, enjoy. It's only your mirror that matters anyway.

  13. Leave it for awhile. You gals and your hair!

Turns away and mumbles something unintelligible (and probably inappropriate) regarding carpet.

  14. *mumbles equally inappropriate comment about having polished floors and no carpet*

  15. You're a tough act to follow, dear heart. I'm going to go wipe the steam from my glasses and brow and start the propane powered chicken scorcher.
    To be continued...

  16. ROFLOL...
Angle Keep the curls... Enjoy it...
Remember most of us men love women who are unscripted, hardcore, wild and uninhibited, specially in looks and manners, Now if only you had a shaved, well, never mind...

  20. "polished floors and no carpet"

Is that the hard-wood tongue-in-groove flooring?

  22. Looks great - and a good thing about hair, it grows back.

  23. Mine gets wild when it gets long. once it reaches about six inches it curls up.
Curly hair looks good. Straight hair tends to poke me in the eyes.

  25. If you don't mind a female's perspective -- it looks good. Be thankful you have the curly locks - as you age, it will straighten out and thin! Invest in good shampoo, conditioner and a styling gel/mousse and you'll have women hating you because your hair looks so good!

  26. Thanks Cheryl, I'm checking out some color-friendly curl-loving products. And my stylist recommended just plain coconut oil. I'm gonna smell like a pina colada.

A friend of my MIL gave me this book about curly hair care. I use the Beleive in and Angel products from this line, and use tressume shampoo and conditioner. It has done wonders for my hair. Orbitup used to complain about the frizz in my hair, but now he loves it. No more frizz. It's all about moisture.

  29. Aw, hey Texas T! Ornery orbitup belongs to you? Heh. Good luck, girl. thanks for the hair tips; I have used Tresemme before and liked it. I'll check out those products this week before I make a decision on a perm or not.
