OMG, I think I just saw an ab.
Did my last 10 k about 10 years ago. I walk and hike in the mountains mostly now. Decided I didn't want to be completely gimped out as I get older. I love to run, but it's a bitch on your bones, and joints, and tendons.

And ... I see an ab every morning. It's somewhat bloated and distended, but it's an abdomen al right!

Young?! timbo, I'm almost 47. My knees sound like Rice Krispies on crack. I'm not looking to set any records, I just want to finish without embarrassing myself. :-P
