The Republic of Texas

I can't tell you how many people scoff at us for our Lone Star mentality. Our fierce independence, our desire to once again be autonomous. After the last election, people started waking up. They started looking at us, not as the whack-a-doodle problem child of the Union, but as the possible frontrunner to the Secession movement.

The following is a 26 minute documentary by Russia Today exploring the Texas mindset. I worry about the fools in Dallas/Houston/Austin/San Antonio, but as several readers have smacked me with the truth, there are still many True Texans alive and well in those areas.

So, watch it and give me your opinion? The Republic of Texas, will she rise again?
