Holy shit! Welcome to the neighborhood! That's what I love about the human brain. A billion people have read, or watched, Pooh Stories and one person made the realizations you just posted.
timbo, a thousand years ago when I taught Interpersonal Communication, I used the Pooh characters to illustrate the four temperments based on the ancient medical concept of humorism. Sanguine (pleasure-seeking, sociable) is Tigger; Choleric (ambitious and leaderlike) is Rabbit; Melancholic (analytical and thoughtful) Owl; and Phlegmatic (relaxed and quiet) is Pooh. In four years, not one student missed that question on the Final exam.
Heh. I always liked Eeyore. Seemed to me like he was the only one who had a realistic outlook on life, and was most prepared to face the inevitable disasters/misadventures that came to Pooh Corner.
Been a while since I had a personality test done, nowadays they're all about "A" or "B" personalities or whatnot. I'm old enough that all I know is that I'm some combination of "phlegmatic-melancholy". Meh.
Two weeks of Disney Princess And today the capper , a 6 hour Barbie cartoon movie marathon. Ending with a three time replay of "Barbie's Fashion fairy tail" DAY CAMP STARTS ON MONDAY!!! I think I now have ALL the syndrome's depicted.---Ray
Ray, that makes you one of the True Men in my eyes. Poppy never missed a ballet recital, took me to The Nutcracker (stop snickering) every Christmas, and more Disney on Ice than any man should have to.
Holy shit!
