I love this thought. And as a physicist, I love it even more. However, I find myself thinking that it's even more impressive when you consider that the five and a half thousand degrees Celsius is just the surface of the Sun. The core is a whopping fifteen million! But the best part of all is that we somehow miraculously developed from nonliving material ejected from a dying star billions of years ago into living beings equipped with organic computers sophisticated enough to look at the world around us and use the meager hints available to figure all this out.
