I went to local fireworks on Sunday night, and it warmed my heart to see a young boy (probably around 5 years old) playing with an inflatable AR-15 style toy gun that was in red, white, and blue colors, and that had "USA" on the stock. Cool!
The bummer was when so many folks left their trash behind when they left. :-(
