For anyone interested,
HERE is the tutorial that walks you through the project. You know, if you need help.
You'll recognize that pic and know that's not my actual shower. My tiles are sandstone and my box is clear. The important part is that your box has a waterproof gasket around the lid. Oh, and make sure the closures are on top and not on bottom. I made that mistake and dropped an unloaded .38 on my toe. I didn't read the directions.
Ahh, no psycho shower scenes in your future...That is what I call planning for any eventuality...
ReplyDeleteJust buy a Glock and hang it anywhere.
ReplyDeleteI'm slinking off to the naughty room right now...
I'm having naughty thoughts about what to hang a Glock on in the shower.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to defer this one to the more eloquent commenters among us, lest I receive a lifetime ban...;)
ReplyDeletemy wife just asked if we could have a gun in there also, took about 10 seconds to say hell yes, where else do " YOU" think we need one. a few cheap cop turn in glocks around the house and she feels safer.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to have a clear box.
ReplyDeleteCareful Angel not to drop the soap. Might take one to the temple on the way up.
ReplyDeleteHmm, reading these directions: "Open box quickly and smoothly, insert equipment." Seems pretty self explanatory.
ReplyDeleteIf you have a vacuum sealer, you can make your own "shower Glock" -

If that isn't enough, you could always up your armament - http://www.everydaynodaysoff.com/2009/11/13/the-shower-ar-15/
Just make sure you have a good rust proof blade for quick access!

And here I thought I was paranoid for keeping a Cold Steel synthetic tanto blade in my shower, lol, I've done that for years. That looks like a cool project for a private bath, maybe not so much for where the public can see it.
ReplyDeletei do the same thing sort
ReplyDelete1 gallon ziplock bag works really well just grap and shoot
hang from cheap plastic clamp from the dollar store
i have used them at campsite showers for years
livin to ride
