During the Bush years, Americans freaked out when FEMA was buying millions of coffins and spending billions of dollars on other pandemic preparations. The Government doubled down again during the N1N1 non-emergency.
As a result the US government has been prepared for awhile to deal with a pandemic.
These ebola outbreaks are at best, an opportunity for Big Pharma to make a huge profit. At worst, its another crisis that's being used to impose total state control.
Reloads. Much cheaper. And gives you a whole new hobby. On the other hand, if you can afford a Ma Deuce, you can maybe afford to shoot it. Unless the lottery fairy visits me, I will not have to worry about either one...
