Down here in the RGV, its about 10 months of Spring / Summer, winter is cool, hardly ever cold. 100 YEAR snow fall, hard freezes hardly ever.
But my God - summer is frickin' hot, perspiration incontinence is more like it. The humidity beats the hell out of you. I can't imagine living here without A/C - definitely needs acclimatization.
Yep. The last summer I lived in Texas we had 97 days in a row over 100. At least here in Iowa we have 4 seasons.

No telling what it'll be like tomorrow...that was just the forecast for December 24th.
