Hot Damn!!! I was so afraid you were going to get one in 9mm. Those aren’t 1911's in my book. Well done. It gets good reviews on the 1911 forum also in addition to WC's recommendation.
Angel, you are most welcome. Glad I could be of service, and further I'm thrilled that you took both WC's and my advice on the pistol. Like I've told you, I sell more of these in my store than any other 1911, and there's a reason for it. Its a fantastic value.
Very nice choice - your friends steered you to a fine one. Don't forget some extra magazines!
Hey, stop hating on the 9! In ball ammo, both it and the .45 leave a lot to be desired, but with expanding bullets, the 9 catches up. And the 9 is inexpensive dining - ammo is very reasonable and more compact to store than the .45.
Must have been your holster Dennis was finishing up before he could start on my tomahawk sheaths. Ladies first!!! Cant wait to see your setup. I'll send pics when i get mine.
Tomahawk sheaths. I'm finishing up the last two custom projects this week...a skeet/trap shotshell pouch that has been a real challenge, and a case for some electronic equipment.
I'll need the tomahawk in-hand to fit properly. Address is at the bottom of every page on my website. Ship it in so it arrives next week (May 4th thru 8th) so that I can start patterning it out and make an end-of-May shipping date?
Fucking A, a 1911.
ReplyDeleteNow you can relax and get off my back about it. *hugs*
ReplyDeleteThat there's your own personal Earth shattering kaboom dear heart. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteThat's '1911' not 911.
ReplyDeleteAlthough...heh, happy weekend!
How can anyone trust their life and the lives of their loved ones to a firearm not designed by John Moses Browning?
ReplyDeleteCongrats! Everybody needs 1911! Of course REAL 1911's are .45 acp.
ReplyDeleteHave fun with your new toys, Angel!

ReplyDeleteAngel Eyes...where in Kommiefornia are you?
Hbbill Somewhere behind enemy lines,
Peoples Republik of Kommiefornia
Just relocated from a ranch near Wilton to a flag waving neighborhood near the American River. Lucky and saving $$ and my back. You?
DeleteJust to be contrary I should note that full sized, all steel 1911s are so fun to shoot it ought to be illegal. And for IDPA it's like cheating.
ReplyDeleteTry it, you'll like it.
The first weapon I replaced after my collection got raided was my 1911. My new BFF is a Springfield stainless.
