Hey wc, can I borrow a cup of drought?

We're about a foot over average for rainfall this year. And we got 4 inches in 3 hours overnight. I've got moss growing on my northern exposure and ducks have settled in my driveway. Enough.

    Otherwise known as a typical Spring afternoon here in the Pacific North West.I have seen it dump an inch of rain here in twenty minutes.

    Chesapeake bay area of Maryland and Virginia... You do have to look a little, but they are out there.
