I am offended by this entrance. It is not wheelchair accessible to me. Clearly the contractor did not consider people using wheelchairs to enter his property.
Ya know "J", I'm thinking private sector contractors following government issued plans and specifications. After the legal wrangling, I'd be expecting a change order to fix it.
