I'll go back and re-read them over and over

  1. I still remember the first time reading Misery. That was some freaky stuff, especially for a man.

  2. Re-reading a favorite book is like visiting an old friend.

  3. I love the Bolo series from Keith Laumer and various other authors (who continued the series after Kieth passed away). I never get tired of them even though many of them have downer endings.

  4. I wasn't aware that books existed that couldn't have this effect?

If you can't get into a book, it's probably not worth reading.

  5. I've read quite a few like that. The one that sticks out in my mind the most is Pet Semetary, when Gage died I had to put the book down for a day or so.

  6. I consider it a good novel when I realize that it's now 3am and I was supposed to be asleep hours ago.

I love the Bolo series too.

Play nice. None of you are too old for a spanking.
