The younger daughter is in this stage. Her crush walked up to her at school just before christmas with plastic mistle toe and tried to kiss her cheek. So she gave him a shiner and a knee to the family jewels.
I asked her why she roughed him up and she said "I didn't want him to know he was my crush."
Tweens.... sigh....
To make matters worse her two little brothers desided to explain to said little boy the error of his ways.
So not only did this grade six boy get roughed up by a girl he also got roughed up by a grade 1 and a grade 2 boy. I'm pretty sure his ego took a beating.

Easy solution: don't have a crush.
ReplyDeleteNaw, I'll bet you are as cool as ice and perfectly relaxed.....at least until the whisky wears off...
