Where was that when I was turning wrenches?
I am so sorry, Robert, I read that as "turning wenches".
We had stations like that at Boeing, but they were used to store small parts and line consumable stuff like cable ties, safety wire, etc.

Holy Moly.
And each section has forklift holes in the bottom. We have a few of those in engine bay. On each drawer handle there is a long white strip of paper that you write the drawer contents on. A clear plastic strip protects it greasy smudges.Al_in_Ottawa
