a sad day for what is left of the constitution, and his family.
Everybody nearly piss themselves when some NFL 'rule' is questioned yet they yawn when the Nation's Rulebook is violated every day.
I've said the same many a time ... just a little bit differently. The Constitution does not have umbras, penumbras, emanations, or even groovy vibrations where judges and Justices can find new rights that the Constitution does not contain.
Play nice. None of you are too old for a spanking.
