I feel sorry for the poor dog that has an owner like that....
This whole thing is obviously made up. No one with a name like Tim would ever be such a complete jerk to a dog like that. Tim is a name for a great guy who is good to his wife and kids and treats his dog well. Just sayin. Pigpen51
