Works for me

The bunny needs to take two hops to the right.

  1. Insert a liberal / progressive hominid left of the cat ...

Then move the red line to the far left of the hominid.

  2. We're semi-rural up in Maine. We raise and slaughter our own chickens, and we'll eat pretty much anything.

A friend of ours is a nuisance trapper and animal control officer. He gives us whatever he gets that that has to be put down but is safe to eat, as he gets more than he can use at home.

Deer, moose and bear go to the local homeless shelters, but the oddball stuff sometimes comes our way.

Beyond the obvious, like squirrel chowder (yum), in the last year, we've eaten beaver and fox. We've got a haunch of coyote coming in. If it's anything like fox, it's tasty, if a bit on the mild side.

We'd definitely eat horse - it's a delicacy in much of the world.

Yeah, we wouldn't eat our own pets, but it's personal preference. Our rule is we won't eat it if we've named it. Pretty much anything else is "fair game" if you'll excuse the expression.

And ... we're city-bred, so I guess it's all in how squeamish you are.

    1. I'm guessing that coyotes around here must be very different than yours. Usually infested with worms and unsafe to eat. Usually the hides are pretty mangy as well.

      Rabbit we raise and eat.

  3. My daughter said she'd eat horse. We've had quite a few that some days we'd like to kill.
we have a mule right now that is on that list, he's such an asshole.

The loin is about the only edible worth eating part.

  4. You're not allowed to eat rabbits?
    Too bad, they're tasty.

  5. Horse is ok, I am sure I've eaten both cat and dog unknowingly.

  6. That's why the song The Bunny Hop ends with three Hop Hop Hops.

  8. If you like Chinese cooking, move that line to the LEFT. No, further left, much further left..

    Would you eat yur pet?
No, he's pretty good at licking his balls his own self.

  9. Had horse sashimi (raw, bite/sized, thinly sliced horse meat dipped in soy sauce) twice while in Japan, and it was excellent. Brigtsen's in NOLA offers a pan-seared rabbit in creole mustard sauce that is life changing. Move the line left a couple of places, pliz....

  10. I heard if you get hungry there is no line.

  11. It's good to live someplace where real hunger is unknown.
