I do not know about camping but while rainy, foggy England might not be too unkind for everyday use, that greenhouse roof would become a superheated oven at mid=afternoon in an American west parking lot during the time you spend in the drugstore while picking up your meds! Even here, on the coast of SC it would not be usable without modifying that glass to reflect UV or maybe just painting it. And add carbon dioxide, you get catastrophic "auto-warming" or maybe "cockpit climate change". There is a very good reason that this is probably the FIRST GLASS ROOFED VEHICLE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN. As cool as it is. you might die from heat stroke while driving it.
