A .45 caliber tribute
Wirecutter seems to think I should post this over here and take advantage of the ZeroHedge traffic. (By the way, whoever sent my Cold Hard Facts for Snowflakes to the powers at ZH, thank you! That is way cool to be linked by them!) And everyone knows I listen to everything My Hairy Blogfather tells me, so here it is. An Angel Original Tribute to the 45th President of the United States.
I want a commemorative Trump 45.

I own (and have it in my CC rig right now) that same weapon. The Springfield Armory GI.45. The only hollow points mine will feed AT ALL are Hornady Critical Defense with the 185gr FTX bullet. Other than that it is a fine weapon and as good ,or in the case of the series 80, better than any of the other "high end" 1911's I have owned. (3 Kimber's and a 1991a1). The only pistol that I like better than the one I have on is my brothers "tricked out" Springfield, and he won't sell it to me.---Ray

Ray - just in case you haven't already tried it, polish the feed ramp until it's smooth and shiny. (Really helped on a .45 I carried before I bought a couple of Glocks in .45 and no longer had issues with any ammo.)
