"Interesting way to carry a magazine..." Israeli carry. Most of the time it is hammer down on an empty chamber. That M16 has a empty mag in the mag well with a loaded one tapped to it and an orange empty chamber indicator. Often you see mags tapped to the forearm and an empty mag well.

The shoes are wrong. Can't run in those silly bits of footwear. Other than that, she's cool.
