Whew, and amen

 
30 minutes, 400 calories elliptical (resistance level 8 is a bitch)
20 minutes, sprints on the treadmill
Core workout with 10-lb kettlebell.
 
I think I'm in love with the kettlebell.

  2. Hang in there sweetie, it seems like every time we get some headsteam, we hit a bare spot where all workouts stop. Getting back after 6 days off sucks. You're brain thinks you can pick right back up where you left off, and the body is going "ah, hell no!"
