ReplyDeleteThose look REALLY good!!
ReplyDeleteThey are dangerously good, TexasT. Served them at a friend's bridal shower. Oops.
ReplyDeleteI tried this recipe twice and both times it curdled. How did you get yours not too?
ReplyDeleteI did it 4 times and even let it cool and. Kept doing the same thing
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I'll do it again this weekend. Post exactly what I used and see if maybe it's a difference of ingredients. Try leaving out the Irish Creme.
ReplyDeleteDo you have to use butterscotch schnapps? Can you use UV vodka cake instead?
ReplyDeletefresh pineapple will make jello curtle
ReplyDeleteHey, a simple solution to the curdling alcohol....
ReplyDelete1. Mix all alcohol together in blender
2. Then add to cooled jello mixture, QUICKLY!
3. Pour into shot cups and refrigerate.
FYI...When you add Baileys to other alcohol, it will curdle.
Yeah, two batches and both curdle although that is floating to the top so it actually looks like a layer of cake but NOTHING like the photo.
ReplyDeleteI made these as well....and it curdled. As soon as the irish cream hits the mixture it curdles....just like an irish car bomb.
ReplyDeleteJust made two batches and they both curdled! How do you get them to look like picture?
