    Ya'll have no clue. kill date,pack date, Only two things to know, Life begins at 40 ends at 140. Fahrenheit. Keep it cold cook it hot. Protein breaks over time. meat=protein The longer ti hangs the more tender. I let more quarter beef hang in the freezer until almost green.1 1/4 inch steak melts in your mouth
