Thank you for posting this. I never knew who Gore was up against - never even thought of it - but this really is a travesty. Strictly political travesty.
God bless this great lady. She needs no official recognition for herself but for the many who would be inspired by her individual effort.

I believe the Israelis gave her a hero oh the Jewish people award. It has a name but I can't remember.

And I have a sneaking suspicion that God may look on her a little more kindly than He will on Mr. Gore.....

I remember Rush Limbaugh was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize one year.
He took a look at some of the people who had won it in the past and declined.
Now thats Courage. (Something in my eye).
