We have constitutional carry here in Wyoming. It is heartening to see our citizens practicing their Second Amendment rights so openly.

Keith, in Tennessee here with a "R" super-majority in both houses and a RINO governor.
Last year, we got teased with a 27-2 Senate vote for unlicensed open carry, only to have it shut down in a House committee.
Getting tired of this crap...
