Dr. Janet has a nice little country doctor's office. Patients bring in bags of produce from their gardens, free for anyone to take, there's always homemade baked goods next to the coffee (there's always coffee) and then there's the community bulletin board. Sure, there's plenty of medical info on it, but then there are flyers like this one:
