Unbelievable!! J Bogan is correct. Governments are using traffic fine collections to fund whatever they want to; no accountability, no come back for the Vox Populii. Collecting money under false pretenses used to be called, theft, now it's "revenue raising".

It's ontario and legally every one is supposed to be reviewed by an officer for this sort of crap.... obviously they don't.
