Friend of mine was pulled over. They found rope, duct tape, tarps, shovel, and a machete -among other things. He'd been camping. Unfortunately his van matched the color of a suspected serial killer's van.
Eventually the FBI cleared him, but it wasn't fast or easy.
Just smile like Wendsday Adams. Ask if you are being detained, and if you are free to go now.

You better put the 12ga. in there or they'll think your're from up north and give you a hassle .
Uhhh, so??? In Oregon,I can carry a loaded AR/rifle/shotgun in my truck, but a loaded handgun without a CC permit is a felony??? WTF?
