Hi Granny. I love trains and good Q. I have been told I do a pretty good job on the Q. Pork, slow smoked with hickory. Basted with apple juice and white wine.
Damn near perfect!...all it needs is a "coal car" with a supply of hickory(or mesquite) wood in it.....vaquero viejo
