I watched the vid and realized about 30 seconds after it ended that my mouth was hanging open and I was just looking at the screen. It's been a while since I was THAT kind of stunned. Of course, all things being as screwed up as they are, the official investigation will probably rule this an accidental shooting. "Yeah, we had the suspect cornered, and then for some reason, Phil's gun just started going off. It was all BAMBAMBAMBAMBAM and we thought, 'Now Phil, what you shooting for?', and he switched mags to see if that would solve it, but nope. Happened again. Then a third time! After that, we was all like, 'Hey Phil, just quit trying to fix that gun!'..."
Has this incident (and the numbers involved....41 rounds is an insane number that, if true, all officers on the scene need to be fired. From a catapult. Into an active volcano.) been verified by a reliable, non-MSM source? Considering all the misinformation and blatant fabrication involved with the MSM's coverage of the Zimmerman trial, I tend to be a bit skeptical of anything not verified by multiple outside sources.
Have verified the story and saw a news report that Officer Patrick Tuter had been fired in March of 2013 -- 7 months of 'administrative leave' after the incident.
And not only did he fire 41 shots; Allen was struck by only 3 shots !
Tuter had said he feared for his life and opened fire on the suspect. Detectives later learned he had fired as many as 41 shots at Allen, actually hitting him three times.

Texas Fred would be so proud.
Strangely, I thought of Texas Fred when I posted that.

I still say: Forget about arming the cops. Arm US to protect against THEM.
That badge polisher Texas Fred probably would be proud of the murdering scum.

Only 3 hits???? Good grief, 38 misses, 38 potential oopsies. I'm not sure if that's better or worse.
