I don't see the point in such tags. If someone else is reading it, YOUR DOG IS LOST. I used to have hunting dogs stray onto my property. There is no way for me to tell if they are "free range" or feral other than to call their owners. In any case, if they are on my property, they need someone else to come and get them. Common law demands I try to return them to their owner. So, don't be a dick. Put your phone number on the tag, not a FOAD note.
