Why didn't they label anything on the head? The cheek is one of the best cuts on a pig.

wirecutter is right, take the head, skin it, boil it until the meat comes off, course grind it up and add spices, and press it into jello molds to cool down and set up, slice it up and serve during the Holidays with crackers, the Volga Germans call it Zitter
