All in all, I'd give the gunner a passing grade. Assuming the vehicle was what he was aiming for, it was clearly rendered inoperative.
Why is the shotgun shell still in the base of the mortar round?
I actually think that that is a round that was run over before it was launched, going up into the wheel well and jamming/ramming through the fuel access door....maybe??
