Perhaps, Mr. Pipkins should have assumed there would be a gun on the property, an American who knew how to use the gun, and that his unannounced visit would not be welcomed.

See, I'm thinking that maybe the homeowner should sue thug Deyfon's family for not raising him up right and causing the homeowner undue anguish over having to shoot his ass.

To add to wc's comment, he also needs to sue for the cost of the bio-hazard clean-up and get a restraining order against the rest of the family. And just how did the relative know that he had been shot to call the sister, was she waiting out side for him to come out?

BTW. My family comes from Texas. One branch still owns the ranch on the Clear Fork of the Brazos that we settled in the 1850s.

The SCOTUS has ruled that it is unconstitutional to execute those who are mentally handicapped. So that means all the perps need to do is wear ObamAA- shirts to get off scot free.
