so how does one really make bacon? I said, "one", so don't get yer mind in the gutter... or go ahead as necessary. I know finding the answer is a couple of clicks away, but it is an interesting concept. If I can get pork bellies cheaper than bacon, I could make my own. Plus I could make it the way I like it!
