Spring!!! Tis the season for......meringue pies! I love making meringue, the only bitch point is separating the eggs. I have at least 4 gadgets for the job and none of them work this efficiently.
A gentle squeeze of the bottle sucks the yolk into the bottle intact. Another squeeze, and your yolks are ready for custard. I love this idea, but hate the fact I spent so much money on gadgets.
