Angel, I don't think that's a stripper pole. How do I know you ask, well it's not tall enough. I would bang my knees on the ceiling and boy does that smart.
New York City's Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) has a new campaign (which has cost $76,707.70), which was announced last month, to instruct riders on proper subway etiquette.
One of the points they'll be making is:
“Poles are for your safety, not your latest routine."
I hope you will keep this in mind.
Other behaviours the MTA is targeting include “clipping” your hair, “primping,” "manspreading", and “blocking doors.”
This ASA (Angel Service Announcement) has not been approved by Wirecutter.
