I work in the same part of the office that folks do field research on clam populations along the coast, and they got their asses kicked several times out there this spring during low tide series. Suddenly the Oregon coast is beautiful, and those damn pilgrims are all over the place. The f**kin' eclipse is going to be a nightmare around here. No pun intended. I should sell camp sites in my front yard.
Reminds me of a previous job where the product went into plastic clam-shell packaging. The supplier always sent them to us with 'CALMSHELLS' printed on the boxes...
