Buford, Wyoming had a population of 1 the last time I went through it (2009). Used to be population of 2, but the guy's son left for the bright lights of Cheyenne, as I recall.
Elsie's looking for someone to take over when she's gone. Maybe you should apply for the job. (Yes I do live in Nebraska, and have an acquaintance that knows Elsie)
