Sorry Seneca, but no. Old Tim invented a protocol that runs on the internet invented by Americans that turned out to be an easy way to spread information.The actual invention of "hypertext" predates Mr Berners-Lee by over 20 years, more than 40 if you include the precedents found in old fiction.
It is called the Imperial System.For a reason.And you started this decimilisation with your Dollars and cents.We were quite happy with our LSD.
