Well, I've checked my schedule, Thursday being Thanksgiving, and there is no way around it, I'm going to be chained to the stove for most of this week. I hate that I started this blog during an awkward time, but it is what it is. I'll try to post things of interest here and there and let y'all know I love you.

What are we cooking HWA?
Riley
Hey, Riley!
Two bacon-basket-weave wrapped hams, two turkeys with cornbread stuffing, two sets of mashed taters, candied yams, green bean casserole, about 6 dozen croissants, 6 pies (3 punkin, 3 pecan), and a Bourbon Punkin Cheesecake on a Pecan Praline crust.
Yep, two sets of dinner for two families who can't stand each other's guts. Happy Thanksgiving, y'all!
That sounds like my typical T-day.
This year, no family. Korean food. Will be a great break.
Sounds like a heck of a spread HWA. We have a motto here. Everyone is welcome, as long as you can get along. There is 1 dinner, show up or don't, just don't piss me off, and you get to come to the next one. We haven't seen most of the wife's family in about 8 years for this very reason. It's awesome....something I suggest for everyone :)

So they gonna put ya back in chains huh...
"Bourbon Punkin Cheesecake"...see ya Thursday :)
BTW, that's a great shot of MissK
Hey trip, first, I never get unbound, they just lengthen the chain from time to time,
second, my Bourbon Punkin Cheesecake is ALMOST as famous as my blue-ribbon sticky buns,
third, what makes you think that's MissK and not me? Soccer moms can't be sexy? Thanks....
Now we have blue-ribbon sticky buns. The way to a man's heart is through his tummy!
FYI...soccer moms are hot-as-hell. I didn't think the pic was you without the chains.
Dammit...I knew better than to play with you LOL.
No, trip, the way to a man's heart is between the fourth and fifth ribs just left of the sternum....
never forget I'm a redhead. :-D
All I can say about that menu is - WOW!
I'm anticipating some truck stop chicken pieces. :-(
I've been schooled by a smokin hot redhead soccer mom and lovin it!
Too late, trip, not buying it. I'm the middle-aged, boring, stay-at-home mom who cooks like a demon. It's okay, I yam what I yam...
If you were going to be anywhere near here, I'd say drop in and chow down. You'd be more than welcome.
That doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
You are most kind. Unfortunately, in more ways than one, I'm in N.Y. State at present!
Irish is fixing spiral sliced ham, potato salad, and baked beans. Probably all from the deli. Works well for me.
