The nice thing about smart cars is that what was once a minor fender bender is now a gene pool cleaner. They should come with a Darwin award instead of a title. But that would be a dead give away. Speaking of dead give aways, they need to lower the price so more "disadvantaged" people can afford them. Maybe make them available with a variation of the snap card. And speaking of snap cards, are they named that because they are breaking this country?
