National Margarita Day~Bacon&Jalapeno Margarita



What you will need:
  • 1 pineapple (skinned)
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 5 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 6 oz Tequila
  • 3 oz Triple-sec
  • 2 oz Lime Juice
  • Lots of ice
Margarita:
  1. In a blender, combine the cut up pineapple, jalapeno, tequila, triple-sec and lime juice in a blender that is a half filled with ice.
  2. Rim margarita glass with lime juice and roll in bacon salt (2 T salt ground w/ slice of bacon; or use the baconaddicts bacon salt below).
  3. Pour in blended mix, and garnish with lime and half of a jalapeno
