Whew! ~I know, I've been slacking~

 


 
Okay, I Zumba'd my ass off,
30 minutes upper body with a kettle bell
30 minutes yoga stretches.

Zumba'd my ass off also. So glad I'm feeling better cause I went almost 2 weeks not doing it ....
