Oh come on, the mail usually works. I use the USPS a lot for ebay sales, and it is at least as good as UPS or Fed Up, and normally is cheaper too. Of course it loses billions a year.....
The Constitution IS "just a piece of paper." It's useless without active and vigorous enforcement.
And since there's no chance of anyone doing that these days, America's fucked in half. Sorry, Lord, Your children's greatest achievement lies in ruins. We failed You.
