Take a bolt action rifle--not a .22, something you have to shoot well--to the range. Sit at the fifty yard or longer, and methodically load, aim, and fire. Really focus on what you're doing. Focus on your breath, your heartbeat, on aiming, and squeezing the trigger between breaths and beats. The tight focus won't let you think of anything else, and lets you just BE.
It shuts up all the voices in my head quite nicely, for a few hours.

The voices in my head are all playing nicely together today. Why would I break that up by demanding silence? That'll just piss them ALL off!!!
