"Our previous report today on a New Mexico man who underwent a humiliating 12 hour search by officers and doctors for narcotics that he didn’t have and officers had no evidence to support their suspicions…..has ended with a big kick in the teeth for the victim: the bill. The hospital performing the illegal searches and xrays on David Eckert have billed him for his ordeal.
Eckert’s attorney, Shannon Kennedy, wants public awareness of this incident raised: “If the officers in Hidalgo County and the City of Deming are seeking warrants for anal cavity searches based on how they’re standing and the warrant allows doctors at the Gila Hospital of Horrors to go in and do enemas and colonoscopies without consent, then anyone can be seized and that’s why the public needs to know about this.” "

I just read about this. I hope he wins the lawsuit, and the officers involved should be charged with sexual assault, as well.
No it was torture, I know that the whole time they did this to him he was chained up and "teams" of "officers" were screaming at him. This was planed to happen even before he was stopped. This kind od "stress interrogation" is right out of the DOD/DHS/Gitmo playbook. You can look for a LOT more like this in the near term. With MUCH worse to follow. This was NOT a "search for drugs". This was a straight forward torture session for information under color of authority(I'll bet a silver dime that he woke up from "sedation" with burns(tazer) to his body he can't explain---Ray

Turns out that this is a regular feature of law enforcement in NM , that same department does this on a regular basis. The Judge and cops seem to think that rape and torture are "no problem" if done by law enforcement---Ray
I think there would be "long range" solutions. Including the asshole judge that signed the warrant.
Yep, judge, doctors, pigs, I don't even have to get the ones involved anymore, just a pig.
