Cat in pic #2 is just sad in so many ways,is it just me or is the girl in pic #4 look like she has the shoulders of a linebacker, or just small hips, good for a girlfriend bad for childbearing
Didn't know you Texans were allowed to make pork Q, thought it had to be beef, which isn't Q. Pictures or it didn't happen. Include one showing the smoke ring after you slice it. ;-) Terry Fla.
Ouch, you're too late. It, potato salad, the bacon double cheeseburger dip, and the peach cobblers are already at the VFW for their Super Bowl party. If I try to touch it now, I'll pull back a stub. I'll make a documentary of my next one. We love pulled pork down here. Cows are for steaks and burgers. Best ribs are pork. Same for bar-b-que. Have you ever pitted a pig? Yum. We'll have to do that for a Bloggers' Bash.
Yep, I have done whole pig. Even ones we have raised from piglets. It has been a long time since we did one. Funny story. They were the kids "pets". When we dispatched the youngest sons pig, he started crying. He was about six. We tried to explain we had told him we were going to eat the pig and asked what was wrong. Turns out he wanted to be the one that wacked the pig, not let us do it (.22 LR). Oh well. He is probably about your age now. Think that may be how Wirecutter got his start? The grand daughter's other grandparents are Cuban. Tradition is to do a whole pig for Noche Buena (Christmas Eve). Different flavor but outstanding! Ever raised pigs? Redneck Terry Florida Cracker and damn proud of it!

timbo, I'm speechless. ;-) I always pictured you as an overgrown Eagle Scout.
millwright, narrow hips, and I bet if you spin her around, no ass.
I bet she can't even make a sammich
I bet she's never even SEEN a sammich. Poor girl. Excuse me, I've got a pork butt smoking, need to go check on it...
MMMMMMMMMM, pork butt.
I'm hungry.
Ah, Jason, the air is redolent with smoking pig meat! It's enough to bring a tear to your eye. Now to make the peach cobbler.
